- We appreciate your request for Liberal Dreamz LLP to create a one-and-only personalised design for you.
- The types of design-requests that would have an additional design fee would include: -

1. Addition of text or images
2. Creation of any artwork
3. Any changes to be done to original image sent in by the customer.
4. Requests that differ from the design templates originally created by Liberal Dreamz LLP for the product.

- We assure you that the final selected designs that we help create to match your unique requests would not be replicated through any media, anywhere for anyone.
- Because the products vary, the design fee would also vary in accordance to your specifications.
- When you request for a customised design on a gift item, you are not required to add the item in the shopping cart at our retail store.

1. Full Name
2. Identity Card no.
3. Contact No.
4. Product Name. i.e. mouse pads, mugs, etc
5. Description of intended designs.

INFORMATION ON BULK ORDER

- We are truly appreciative of your request to order our gift items in bulk.
- We would like to inform you that the following are criterias to qualify for bulk order rates:-

1. Quantity of 10 or more similar items.
2. The similar items might have a slight change such as single name or a single colour. Liberal Dreamz LLP
reserves the right to decide what is to be considered a slight change.
- Since there are large array of products at our online retail store,
the prices would also vary greatly with a bulk order.
- You are not required to place any orders via the online retail store.
