How We Calculate Shipping Costs?
Shipping and handling costs vary by item. For each order, there is a fixed (handling) charge determined by Liberal Dreamz LLP plus a destination charge based on Singpost rate. Note that Liberal Dreamz LLP reserves the right to select the shipper. Liberal Dreamz LLP will choose the best shipper for the products purchased.

Where does the total shipping cost of my order appear?
You can find the total shipping cost for your order after you add your items to your shopping cart and begin to check out. You will be able to view your shipping cost when checking out. This will give you your shipping options and charges. Then you can either cancel the order by leaving Checkout or continue to check out by selecting your shipping method. Please note that the shipping cost is only for local(Singapore) delivery. Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please note:
Liberal Dreamz LLP will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition.
However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.
For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for any of the following reasons:
Order contains items with longer than 2 day processing time
- Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time
- Delivery is to a P.O. Box
- Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
- Holidays and Weekends
- International delivery

Processing Times
The processing times depend on customization or quantity ordered. LD Shopz items generally take 2-3 working days processing time (from the time the order is received until the order is ready to ship out) and custom or large orders generally take 2-7 working days. To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order before it ships plus the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our warehouse. You'll receive an email from us once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times (Singapore)
The shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within Singapore. You can use this chart to help determine the total delivery time for your order. It does not include processing time. Please refer to the information below the chart to calculate total delivery times (Singapore only):

Currently we have 4 methods of shipping.

- Pick up at Marine Parade (Available 1 working day upon notification)

- Local Normal Mail via SingPost (Delivered approx 3-5 working days upon notification)

- Local Registered Mail via SingPost (Delivered approx 3-5 working days upons notification)

- Courier Delivery (Delivered 1 working day upon notification)

Express Orders
There is an Express Order Handling Fee. All express orders must be received by 2pm (Singapore Time). You will receive a confirmation by 3pm, otherwise the order will be considered as received as the next working day. Normally, express orders are sent out the next working day. Please call us to make sure that we can accomodate to your express order.

International orders can take up to 2-7 weeks to clear customs and be delivered. Customer is responsible for any additional fees/charges assessed by the local shipping carrier, customs etc.

Return policy:
Liberal Dreamz LLP will accept returns if the following conditions exist:
- Buyer must notify Liberal Dreamz LLP within 7 days of receiving order.
- Buyer must fill a Return Authorization Request Form. We will then contact you with instructions on how and where to return your merchandise. Return merchandise must be received at our location on or before 30 days of ship date. DO NOT return merchandise without first filling out the form below and receiving our return instructions. Liberal Dreamz LLP must authorize the return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition. Items may not been worn, washed, decorated, or any way modified. Liberal Dreamz LLP will be the sole judge as to the condition of the returned product.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refunds may take up to 20 working days to be processed.
- Items must be returned prepaid and with delivery confirmation.

There is NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS for any CUSTOM ORDER (custom made or design).
